The present invention relates to new drug combinations which contain in addition to one or more PDE4-inhibitors at least one NSAID (= non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)(2), processes for preparing them and their use in treating in particular respiratory complaints such as for example COPD, chronic sinusitis and asthma. The invention particularly relates to those drug combinations which contain, in addition to one or more, preferably one PDE4 inhibitor of general formula 1 Image wherein X is SO or SO2, but preferably SO, and wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 have the meanings given in claim 1, at least one NSAID (2), the preparation thereof and the use thereof for the treatment of respiratory complaints.

L'invention concerne de nouvelles associations de médicaments qui, en plus d'un ou plusieurs inhibiteurs de la phosphodiestérase IV (PDE4), comprenant au moins un AINS (anti-inflammatoire non stéroïdien) (2); ainsi qu'un procédé de production associé et leur utilisation dans le traitement en particulier de maladies des voies respiratoires, tels que la bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPOC), les sinusites chroniques et l'asthme. L'invention concerne en particulier des associations de médicaments comprenant au moins un AINS (2) associé à un ou plusieurs, de préférence un inhibiteur de la PDE4 de formule (1), dans laquelle X représente SO ou SO2, de préférence SO; et R1, R2, R3 and R4 sont spécifiés dans la revendication 1.
