- 9 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING BAIT A bait dispensing apparaus comprises a flat tray which has upstanding side edges for confining the bait on the upper surface of the tray. The sleeve is attached to the upper surface of the tray and within the sleeve is mounted a tubular container which can rotate relative to the sleeve to provide an alignment of openings in the sleeve and in the base of the tubular container to allow particulate bait material to flow out from the tubular container onto the tray. A cap is provided at the upper end of the tubular container. In a second embodiment a cover is attached to the tubular container and surrounds the tray but provides openings to allow access to the interior of the cover by the animals.
