The invention relates to a precut die apparatus (30) arranged and adapted for use in a thermoform-trimming method and system (10) to produce plastic molded articles (27), and to the method and system (10) in which the apparatus (30) is employed. The precut apparatus (30) is positioned, in the method and system (10), between the form press (22) and the trim station (35). The precut apparatus (30) is arranged to precut, in a desired and selected manner, the thermoformed sheet material (12) containing thermoformed articles (27) therein, about the periphery of the thermoformed articles (27). The precut apparatus (30) provides for a bridged and joining area of the sheet material (12) to allow for slight movement and adjusting of the molded articles (27) for precise alignment in the punch and die trim step for the thermoforming and trimming operation.
L'invention concerne un appareil à filière de prédécoupage (30) conçu et adapté pour utilisation dans un procédé et système de thermoformage et ébavurage (10) pour la production d'articles moulés en plastique (27), et le procédé et le système (10) dans lequel l'appareil (30) est employé. L'appareil de prédécoupage (30) est placé, dans ce procédé et système (10), entre la presse de formage (22) et le poste d'ébavurage (35). L'appareil de prédécoupage (30) est conçu pour prédécouper, de façon voulue et choisie, le matériau en feuille thermoformé (12) contenant les articles thermoformés (27), sur la périphérie des articles thermoformés (27). Cet appareil de prédécoupage (30) permet d'avoir une zone de jointure formant pont sur la feuille de matériau (12), ce qui facilite un léger déplacement et une mise en place des articles moulés (27)pour un alignement précis dans l'étape d'ébavurage par perforation du procédé de thermoformage et ébavurage.
