A transudate extraction device (1) for non-invasive extraction of transudate through a target area of a skin barrier of an organism subjected to sufficient ultrasonic energy from a generator (2) to induce transudation therethrough, the device including at least: a contacting means (3) for contacting said target area to receive transudate therefrom, a transudate collection chamber (6) in open communication with said contacting means to receive transudate therefrom, circulating means for circulating transudate within said collection chamber by, for example having a fluid flow (12) through an inlet port (8) and out an outlet port (9) to thereby create and maintain a concentration gradient through the skin of a said test subject, said collection chamber having a discharge opening (9) through which exudate collected therein can be discharged.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction de transsudat (1) permettant l'extraction non invasive de transsudat à travers une zone cible de la barrière cutanée d'un organisme soumis à une énergie ultrasons suffisante produite par un générateur (2) pour induire la transsudation. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend au moins: un moyen de contact (3) destiné à venir en contact avec ladite zone cible pour recevoir le transsudat; une chambre de récupération (6) de transsudat, en communication ouverte avec ledit moyen de contact pour recevoir le transsudat de ce dernier; un moyen d'acheminement destiné à acheminer le transsudat à l'intérieur de ladite chambre de récupération, le flux de liquide (12) s'écoulant, par exemple, à travers un orifice d'entrée (8) et sortant par un orifice de sortie (9), ce qui permet de créer et de maintenir un gradient de concentration à travers la peau du sujet examiné, ladite chambre de récupération comportant une ouverture d'écoulement (9) par laquelle peut s'écouler l'exsudat recueilli dans la chambre.
