A duct consisting of an inner tubular web of synthetic material, a reinforcement made of synthetic material, and an outer web of synthetic material, wherein at least one of the webs is melt-bonded to the reinforcement. Said reinforcement (2) has a cross-linked mesh-like structure over all or part of its length, only the inner and outer surfaces respectively of said structure being bonded to the corresponding webs (5-6), and the openings in said structure being closed off but not filled by the webs. A die is provided which comprises, between two extrusion assemblies (A and C), a further extrusion assembly (B) with two rings (18-19) surrounding the first assembly (A), at least one (19) of said rings being provided with end notches (24) and connected to means for moving the one ring relative to the other ring (18) to vary the cross-section of the ring-shaped gap (23) defined therebetween.

Ce conduit est du type composé d'une nappe tubulaire interne en matière synthétique, d'une armature de renfort en matière synthétique, et d'une nappe externe en matière synthétique, et dans lequel au moins l'une des nappes est liée par fusion à l'armature. Selon l'invention, l'armature (2) de renfort présente, sur toute ou partit de sa longueur, une structure lacunaire réticulée, dont seules les faces, respectivement interne et externe, sont liées aux nappes (5-6) correspondantes, et dont les espaces sont obturés mais non remplis par ces nappes. L'invention vise également une filière comportant entre deux ensembles d'extrusion (A et C), un ensemble d'extrusion (B) composé de deux bagues (18-19) entourant le premier ensemble (A), au moins l'une (19) de ces bagues étant munie d'encoches extrêmes (24) et étant reliée à des moyens aptes à la déplacer par rapport à l'autre bague pour modifier la section transversale de la fente annulaire (23) qu'elle délimite avec l'autre bague (18).
