Methods and apparatus are disclosed for reducing lifting costs in a producing hydrocarbon well by injecting produced water into a set of injection perforations located lower in the well borehole from a set of production perforations. A plunger pump and a cage-ball valve system are placed above a production packer which is located between the production and injection perforations. The valve system and pump are arranged to take produced water from above the packer and pump into the injection perforations only on the downstroke of the rod string activated plunger pump.
L'invention porte sur une méthode et un appareil permettant de réduire les frais d'extraction afférents à un puits d'hydrocarbures en production, en vertu desquels l'eau provenant d'une série de perforations de production est injectée dans une série de perforations d'injection, situées à une plus grande profondeur de puits que les premières. Un pompe foulante et un système de soupapes à corbeilles sont mis en place au-dessus d'un packer, lequel sépare la zone des perforations de production et celle des perforations d'injection. Le système de soupapes et la pompe sont disposés de façon à injecter dans les perforations d'injection l'eau en provenance des perforations de production, situées au-dessus du packer et de la pompe, seulement pendant la course descendante de la pompe foulante, activée par la colonne de tiges.
