A process of preparing an acid addition salt of delta-aminolevulinc acid comprising: dissolving a lower alkyl 5-bromolevulinate and hexamethylenetetramine in a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, ethyl acetate, chloroform, acetone, ethanol, tetrahydrofuran and acetonitrile, to form a quaternary ammonium salt of the lower alkyl 5- bromolevulinate; and hydrolyzing the quatenary ammonium salt with an inorganic acid to form an acid addition salt of delta-aminolevulinic acid.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de sel d'addition d'acide delta-aminolévulinique consistant à :(a) dissoudre un 5-bromolévulinate à groupement alkyle inférieur et de l'hexaméthylène tétramine dans un solvant choisi dans le groupe comprenant l'eau, l'acétate d'éthyle, le chloroforme, l'acétone, l'éthanol, le tétrahydrofuranne et l'acétonitrile afin de produire un sel d'ammonium quaternaire du 5-bromolévulinate à groupement alkyle inférieur ; et (b) hydrolyser le sel d'ammonium quaternaire avec un acide inorganique afin de produire un sel d'addition d'acide delta-aminolévulinique.
