A plastic film (1) is drawn by a method dif-ferent from a conventional one. The plastic film is intermit-tently fed in the longitudinal direction. A drawing member and a support base are installed in a plastic film feeding path, oppositely to each other, on both sides of the plastic film in the thickness direction. When the plastic film is temporarily stopped, the drawing member advances toward the support base between the lateral both side edges of the plastic film and is pressed against the plastic film and the support base to draw the plastic film in the longitudinal di-rection. Then, the drawing member retreats from the sup-port base, and is separated from the plastic film.

Le film de matière plastique est alimenté de façon intermittente dans la direction longitudinale. Un élément d'étirage et une base de support sont installés dans un trajet d'alimentation de film de matière plastique, opposés entre eux, sur les deux côtés du film de matière plastique dans la direction d'épaisseur. Lorsque le film de matière plastique est temporairement stoppé, l'élément d'étirage avance vers la base de support entre les deux bords latéraux du film de matière plastique et est pressé contre le film de matière plastique et la base de support pour étirer le film de matière plastique dans la direction longitudinale. Ensuite, l'élément d'étirage se retire de la base de support, et est séparé du film de matière plastique.
