Device for treating breathing problems, comprising a shaped part fitting 2 onto the teeth of the lower jaw, a shaped part 1 fitting onto the teeth of the upper jaw, and adjustable connecting means 4 between the upper 1 and lower 2 shaped part for forward/backward p2 and upward/downward p1 adjustment of the upper shaped part 1 relative to the lower shaped part 2, wherein one of the shaped parts 1, 2 is provided at the front with a slide mechanism consisting of a slide element 8 which is slidable laterally to a limited extent along a guide element 9, and the adjustable connecting means 4 are fixedly connected to the other shaped part 1, 2 on one side and to the slide element 8 on the other 1,2 , thus allowing a precise forward/backward p2 and upward/downward p1 adjustment with a limited freedom of movement of the lower jaw in relation to the upper jaw.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à traiter des problèmes de respiration nocturne. Ce dispositif comprend une pièce profilée qui s'ajuste sur les dents de la mâchoire inférieure, une pièce profilée qui s'ajuste sur les dents de la mâchoire supérieure, ainsi que des moyens de liaison réglables disposés entre les pièces profilées inférieure et supérieure, ces moyens permettant de régler la pièce profilée supérieure par rapport à la pièce profilée inférieure vers l'avant/l'arrière et vers le haut/le bas. Une des pièces profilées est pourvue, sur sa partie avant, d'un mécanisme coulissant se présentant sous la forme d'un élément coulissant pouvant coulisser latéralement jusqu'à une certaine limite le long d'un élément de guidage. Les moyens de liaison réglables sont fixés d'une part sur l'autre pièce profilée et d'autre part sur l'élément coulissant, ce qui permet d'obtenir un réglage précis vers l'avant/l'arrière et vers le haut/le bas avec une liberté de mouvement limitée de la mâchoire inférieure par rapport à la mâchoire supérieure.
