The invention relates to a pressurized gas dispensing device (200) such as a tap, which includes a first end, to be placed in the opening of a pressurized gas storage tank (30), and a second end, including a connection interface (31) selectively connectable to a device (30) for controlling the filling and/or withdrawal of gas from the tank, the dispensing device (200) including an internal gas circuit (20) having an upstream end connecting inside the tank (30) and a downstream end to be connected to said filling and/or withdrawal control device, the internal circuit (20) including in series, upstream to downstream, a pressure regulator (50) and a downstream insulation valve (160), the portion of the internal circuit (20) located between the pressure regulator (50) and the downstream insulation valve (160) defining a so-called low-pressure chamber (3), the dispensing device (200) being characterized in that the connection interface (31) includes at least one safety lock (7) selectively movable between a first rest position, wherein the lock shapes the connection interface (31) into a first configuration connectable to said combined filling and/or withdrawal control device, and a second active position, wherein the lock shapes the connection interface (31) into a second configuration preventing connection to a combined filling and/or withdrawal control device, the safety lock (7) being subject to the pressure in the so-called low-pressure chamber (3) directly and/or via an intermediate transmission member such as a movable piston (1, 6), the safety lock (7) being moved to the active position thereof by the pressure in the low-pressure chamber (3) when the pressure (P) in the low-pressure chamber (3) is greater than a predetermined threshold (Ps).
Dispositif distributeur (200) de gaz sous pression tel qu'un robinet, comprenant une première extrémité destinée à être disposée dans l'orifice d'un réservoir (30) de stockage de gaz sous pression, et une seconde extrémité comprenant une interface (31) de connexion sélectivement connectable à un dispositif de commande de remplissage et/ou du soutirage de gaz à partir du réservoir (30), le dispositif distributeur (200) comprenant un circuit (20) interne de gaz ayant une extrémité amont destinée à communiquer avec l'intérieur du réservoir (30) et une extrémité aval destinée à être reliée audit dispositif de commande de remplissage et/ou du soutirage, le circuit interne (20) comprenant en série, d'amont en aval, un détendeur de pression (50) et un clapet (160) d'isolation aval, la portion du circuit interne (20) située entre le détendeur de pression (50) et le clapet (160) d'isolation aval définissant une chambre (3) dite basse pression, le dispositif (200) distributeur étant caractérisé en ce que l'interface (31) de connexion comprend au moins un verrou de sécurité (7) sélectivement mobile entre une première position de repos dans laquelle il conforme l'interface (31) de connexion dans une première configuration connectable audit dispositif de commande de remplissage et/ou du soutirage conjugué et une seconde position active dans laquelle il conforme l'interface (31) de connexion dans une seconde configuration empêchant la connexion avec un dispositif de commande de remplissage et/ou du soutirage conjugué, le verrou (7) de sécurité étant soumis à la pression dans la chambre (3) dite basse pression directement et/ou via un organe de transmission intermédiaire tel qu'un piston (1, 6) mobile, le verrou (7) de sécurité étant déplacé vers sa position active sous l'action de la pression dans la chambre basse pression (3) lorsque la pression (P) dans la chambre (3) basse pression est supérieure à seuil déterminé (Ps)
