The present invention relates to processes for the preparation of .beta.- alanine derivative shown by formula (I); wherein R1 is amino protective group, and R2 is acyl group, or a salt thereof, which comprises, subjecting a compound of formula (II); wherein R1 is the same as defined above, and R3 is protected carboxy, or a salt, to elimination reaction of carboxy protective group, and then to acylation reaction of amino group.
Cette invention a trait à des procédés de préparation de dérivé d'alanine-.beta. correspondant à la formule (I), formule dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un groupe amino-protecteur et R?2¿ un groupe acyle, ainsi qu'à un sel de celui-ci. Le procédé de préparation consiste à soumettre un composé correspondant à la formule (II), formule dans laquelle R?1¿ est tel que défini ci-dessus et R?3¿ représente un carboxy protégé, ou à soumettre un sel à une réaction d'élimination du groupe carboxy-protecteur puis à une réaction d'acylation du groupe amino.
