A nucleic acid molecule comprising first and second domains, said first domain being capable of forming a first specific binding pair with a target sequence of a target RNA species, said second domain consisting of a sequence which forms a second specific binding pair with at least one RNA processing or translation factor, said target sequence being sufficiently close on said target RNA species to an RNA processing or translation site for processing or translation at said site to be enhanced by the action of the factor bound to the second domain.

L'invention concerne une molécule d'acide nucléique comprenant un premier et un second domaine, ledit premier domaine étant capable de former une première paire de liaison spécifique avec une séquence cible d'espèces cibles d'ARN. Ledit second domaine comprend une séquence qui forme une seconde paire de liaison spécifique avec au moins un facteur de translation ou de traitement de l'ARN, ladite séquence cible étant suffisamment proche sur lesdites espèces cibles d'ARN d'un site de traitement ou de translation d'ARN, de façon à ce que le traitement ou la translation sur ledit site soient améliorés par l'action du facteur lié au second domaine.
