QA92 Abstract Compounds are provided having the structure Image wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and R1 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1-3 carbons, phenyl optionally substi- tuted by R4 or Image ; R2 is Image , hydrogen, lower alkyl or phenyl optionally substituted by R4 with the proviso that at least one of R1 and R2 is Image ; R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, benzyl or phenyl optionally substituted by R4; and R4 and R5 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, alkanoyloxy, benzyloxy, hydroxy, halogen (Cl, Br and F), nitro and trifluoromethyl; R6 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, alkanoyl, aroyl, aralkanoyl, aralkyl or phenyl; and R7, R8, m and n are as defined hereinafter. The compounds of the invention are use- ful in treating various allergic conditions such as asthma, hay- fever and rhinitis.
