4,4-Difluoro-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-1-benzazepine derivatives represented by formula (1) or salts thereof (wherein A is 5-membered heteroarylene; B is optionally substituted aryl or 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl; D is carbonyl or lower alkylene; R1 is -NR3R4, -O-(lower alkyl) or OH; R2 is optionally halogenated lower alkyl, -O-(lower alkyl), -S-(lower alkyl) or -CO-(lower alkyl); R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen, lower alkyl or the like; and n is 0, 1 or 2). The above compounds exhibit the oxytocin antagonism and are effective in inhibiting threatened premature birth or abortion, or precesarean birth and useful as remedies for dysmenorrhea and so on.

La présente invention concerne des dérivés 4,4-difluoro-2,3,4,5-tétrahydro-1H-1-benzazépines représentés par la formule (1) ou certains de leurs sels. En l'occurrence, A est un hétéroarylène à 5 branches. B est aryl éventuellement substitué ou hétéroaryl à 5 ou 6 branches. D est carbonyl ou alkylène inférieur. R?1¿ est -NR?3¿R?4¿, -O-(alkyl inférieur), ou OH. R?2¿ est alkyl inférieur éventuellement halogéné, -O-(alkyl inférieur), S-(alkyl inférieur) ou -CO-(alkyl inférieur). R?3¿ et R?4¿ sont chacun indépendamment hydrogène, alkyl inférieur ou analogue. "n" vaut 0, 1 ou 2. Ces composés, qui font preuve d'un antagonisme dirigé contre l'ocytocine, permettent de lutter contre les risques de naissance prématurée ou d'avortement, ou de naissance précésarienne, et conviennent comme médicaments contre la dysménorrhée, etc.
