The invention relates to a shaping station of a sequential metal wire shaping machine, in which machine a wire feed station feeds the wire along a feed axis (3) through a bending nose (101) which presents the wire to the tools of a bending head (102) that can move about the feed axis (3), characterized in that the bending head (102) is supported on an annular arm (103) centred on the feed axis (3) and rotatable about said feed axis (3). The annular arm (103), the rotational guide means thereof using rolling bearings (104), and a ring gear (105) are preferably mounted on a support plate (107) positioned vertically and at right angles to the wire feed axis (3). Furthermore, the support plate (107) is horizontally and vertically translatable in a plane perpendicular to the feed axis (3) which is also the axis of rotation of the arm (103).
L'invention concerne un poste de façonnage d'une machine séquentielle de façonnage de fil métallique, machine dans laquelle un poste d'amenage de fil amène le fil selon un axe de défilement (3) à travers un nez de pliage (101 ) qui présente le fil devant des outils d'une tête de pliage (102) déplaçable autour de l'axe de défilement (3), caractérisé en ce que la tête de pliage (102) est portée par un bras annulaire (103) centré sur l'axe de défilement (3) et monté à rotation autour dudit axe de défilement (3). Préférentiellement le bras annulaire (103), son guidage en rotation par roulements (104) et par une couronne dentée (105), sont montés sur une plaque-support (107) disposée verticalement et perpendiculairement à l'axe de défilement du fil (3). En outre, la plaque-support (107) est mobile en translation horizontalement et verticalement dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de défilement (3) qui est aussi l'axe de rotation du bras (103).
