Closure with hinged lid for bottles and the like with an automatic lid opening system comprising an improved button. The closure has an elastic element made from elastomer material that exerts a spring-back force on lid (3) towards its open position, and anchoring means (6a, 6b) between main body (1 ) and lid (3). The button consists of a movable area (5), made from the actual material of main body (1 ), with a front portion (5a) defined in side wall (11 ) of main body (1 ) and joined thereto by a pivoting line (22). Anchoring means (6a, 6b) comprise a first part (6a) formed in said movable area (5) of main body (1 ) and a second part (6b) formed on said lid (3) and suitable for being anchored in said first part (6a).
La présente invention concerne une fermeture avec couvercle articulé pour bouteilles et similaires, avec un système automatique d'ouverture de couvercle comprenant un bouton amélioré. La fermeture possède un élément élastique fabriqué en matériau élastomère et exerçant une force de recul élastique sur le couvercle (3) en direction de sa position ouverte, ainsi que des moyens d'attache (6a, 6b) entre le corps principal (1) et le couvercle (3). Le bouton est constitué d'une zone déplaçable (5), fabriqué dans le même matériau que le corps principal (1), une portion avant (5a) étant définie dans la paroi latérale (11 ) du corps principal (1) et reliée à une ligne de pivotement (22). Les moyens d'attache (6a, 6b) comprennent une première partie (6a) formée dans ladite zone déplaçable (5) du corps principal (1) et une seconde partie (6b) formée sur ledit couvercle (3) et conçu de manière à pouvoir s'ancrer dans ladite première partie (6a).
