ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a self-curing resin which contains one or more blocked isocyanate groups and one or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule and which is produced by polymerizing a monomer component containing an isocyanate-containing, radical-polymerizable monomer as an essential monomer thereof, blocking part of the isocyanate groups in the resulting polymer and then reacting the remaining unblocked isocyanate group or groups with an alkanolamine for hydroxyl group introduc- tion into the polymer.
