The invention relates to a device for oxidizing a material, comprising a material inlet, a material outlet and an oxidation region extending in between the two. The device comprises at least one nozzle unit (7, 8) for introducing gasification agents, said nozzle unit being arranged and/or configured in such a manner that the material is transported from the material inlet through the oxidation unit (2) to the material outlet by the gasification agent. A multi-stage gasifier according to the invention, especially a full flow gasifier, preferably comprises individual components of a simple, low-maintenance and slag-free design and can optionally be upscaled. The synthesis gas thus produced can preferably be used for a subsequent gas utilization without prior gas purification.
L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à l'oxydation d'un matériau, comprenant une entrée pour le matériau, une sortie pour le matériau, et une zone d'oxydation s'étendant entre les deux. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif présente au moins une unité de tuyère (7, 8) pour l'introduction d'agents de gazéification, qui est agencée et/ou configurée de façon que le matériau soit transporté, par l'agent de gazéification, de l'ouverture d'entrée du matériau, à travers l'unité d'oxydation (2), vers l'ouverture de sortie du matériau. Un gazéificateur à étages multiples selon l'invention, en particulier, un gazéificateur plein courant, comprend de préférence des composants individuels de type simple, ne nécessitant que peu d'entretien et exempt de scorification, et peut être avantageusement modifié suivant tout type de construction. Le gaz de synthèse ainsi produit peut être utilisé, sans purification préalable, de préférence en vue de son exploitation ultérieure.
