THE ABSTRACT This folder is a solar energy folder. Using a solar-collector or solar-cell, it will transfer electricity into two batteries. One battery is connected to illuminated flourescent lines, colored green, producing thirty-nine green horizontal lines and one red left vertical marginal line, allowing the user to produce artificial illuminated lines that light up under the paper for the purpose of writing on plain paper(especially scrap and computer paper and paper that otherwise might have been thrown away and wasted).
