In this invention, an apparatus for accepting the male ends of standard weight lifting barbells. The apparatus is known to have a piece of steel pipe with two u-brackets that are affixed to a piece of plate-steel. The steel pipe is notched laterally in the back end. To accept a solid steel shaft with u-brackets and set in a horizontal manner across the same piece of plate-steel. The ends of the solid steel shaft are set into two Pillow Block Bearing Units. One at each of the solid steel shafts ends. A second larger piece of plate-steel is placed flush underneath the Pillow Blocks and unit, allowing the apparatus to bolt directly to the floor or solid member. The barbell extends outwardly from the unit and pivots in a vertical manner under the manual power of the operator. This apparatus is used manually by the operator for the purpose of performing bent-over weight lifting exercises of various types, depending on the styles of barbells being used.
