A dispenser (10) for dispensing a length of sheet material (25) from a roll (24) of the sheet material. The dispenser (10) includes a first rotatable hub (16) mounted on a dispenser frame (12) that receives the roll (24) of sheet material around its periphery. A first end of an elongate cut-off blade (30) is attached to the frame (12) so that a user of the dispenser (10) can manually tension sheet material (25) being pulled from the roll (24) around a cutting edge (37) on the blade (30) to sequentially transversely sever the sheet material. A locating hub (52) rotatably mounted on one end of a spacing arm (50) is adapted to be received in the roll (24) of sheet material from its end opposite the first hub (16). An end of the spacing arm (50) opposite the locating hub (52) is mounted on the cut-off blade (30) to space the cutting edge (37) a predetermined distance from the axis (18) of the roll (27) of sheet material at the second end of the roll of sheet material (25) as the sheet material is sequentially transversely cut along the cutting edge (37) on the blade (30).
L'invention concerne un distributeur (10) permettant de distribuer une longueur d'un matériau (25) sous forme de feuille, depuis un rouleau (24) constitué d'un matériau sous forme de feuille. Le distributeur (10) comprend un premier moyeu rotatif (16) monté sur un châssis (12) de distributeur qui reçoit ledit rouleau (24) autour de sa périphérie. Une première extrémité d'une lame à découper (30) allongée est reliée au châssis (12) de telle sorte que l'utilisateur du distributeur (10) puisse tendre manuellement le matériau (25) qui est déroulé depuis le rouleau (24) autour d'un bord tranchant (37) de la lame (30) afin de découper de manière séquentielle et transversale ledit matériau. Un moyeu d'alignement (52) monté de manière rotative sur l'une des extrémités d'un bras d'écartement (50), est conçu pour être placé dans le rouleau (24) depuis son extrémité opposée au premier moyeu (16). Une extrémité du bras d'écartement (50) opposée au moyeu d'alignement (52) est montée sur la lame de découpe (30) de manière à écarter le bord tranchant (37) d'une distance prédéterminée de l'axe (18) du rouleau (25) à une seconde extrémité du rouleau (25) au fur et à mesure que ledit matériau est découpé de manière séquentielle et transversale le long du bord tranchant (37) de la lame (30).
