2115155 9303705 PCTABS00020 The present invention relates to hair spray compositions useful for spray application to the hair comprising from about 0.01 % to about 2 % of an ionic fluorosurfactant, from about 0.1 % to about 15 % of an ionic resin and a liquid vehicle, wherein the hair spray compositions are characterized by utilizing silicone macromer containing hair setting resins and/or by containing relatively high amounts of water, i.e., water and higher. This invention also relates to hair spray compositions useful for spray application to the hair comprising from about 0.01 % to about 2 % of an ionic fluorosurfactant, from about 0.1 % to about 15 % of an ionic silicone macromer-containing hair setting resin, and a liquid vehicle. This invention further relates to hair spray compositions comprising from about 0.01 % to about 2 % of an ionic fluorosurfactant, from about 0.1 % to about 15 % of an ionic silicone macromer-containing hair setting resin, and a liquid vehicle, wherein the hair setting resin has a weight average molecular weight of at least about 300,000.
