The present invention relates primarily to a thermal insulating element (200) of cylindrical shape for a fluid-transporting pipe, comprising an envelope (204) of longitudinal axis (X), a thermal insulating material arranged in said envelope (204), the envelope (204) comprising a deformable annular region which has a first (212.6) and a second (212.12) cylindrical surface which overlap one another and are designed to slide relative to one another in the event of a displacement imposed by thermal loads applied to said pipeline- insulating element (200). The present invention also relates to a method of producing pipes for transporting fluids at high temperature, in particular hot gases, from elements according to the present invention by fitting a male connector of one element into a female connector of the other element.
La présente invention a principalement pour objet un élément d'isolation thermique (200) de forme cylindrique pour conduite de transport de fluide comportant une enveloppe (204) d'axe longitudinale (X), un isolant thermique disposé dans ladite enveloppe (204), l'enveloppe (204) comportant une zone annulaire déformable, comportant une première (212.6) et une deuxième (212.12) surfaces cylindriques se chevauchant et aptes à coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre en cas de déplacement imposé par des chargements thermiques appliqués sur ledit élément (200) d'isolation de tuyauterie . La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication de conduites de transport de fluides à haute température, notamment des gaz chauds à partir d'éléments selon la présente invention par emboîtement d'un connecteur mâle d'un élément dans un connecteur femelle de l'autre élément.
