The invention relates to a fusion protein comprising a) a first region comprising the sequence of the C-terminal 40 amino acids of bovine IF1 ATPase inhibitor protein, or a derivative thereof; and b) a second region not naturally associated with the first region comprising a polypeptide sequence of interest. The fusion protein of the invention is applicable to the production of very small polypeptides in transformed host cells.
L'invention porte sur une protéine de fusion comprenant: a) une première région comprenant la séquence des 40 acides aminés à extrémité C-terminale de la protéine inhibitrice de IF¿1? ATPase bovine ou d'un de ses dérivés; et b) une seconde région non naturellement associée à la première et comprenant une séquence polypeptidique.
