The invention relates to a method for producing a transformer core, wherein the transformer core comprises layers of core metal sheets and at least one core metal sheet is formed of at least two metal sheet segments. An end region of the first metal sheet segment has a straight cutting edge, wherein the straight cutting edge of the first metal sheet segment together with a corresponding straight cutting edge of an end region of the second metal sheet segment positively forms a straight bordering and the straight bordering has an angle relative to the longitudinal direction of the end region of one of the metal sheet segments of the first core metal sheet. By using core metal sheets having different angular orientations of the borderings, magnetic losses such as those occurring when using conventional layering techniques can be avoided. At the same time, the intermediate space created by the conventional layering techniques between the individual core metal sheet packs can be minimized, and thereby likewise the susceptibility to corrosion can be reduced or completely avoided.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un noyau de transformateur, dans lequel le noyau de transformateur est composé de tôles de noyau empilées et au moins une tôle de noyau se compose d'au moins deux segments de tôle. Une zone d'extrémité du premier segment de tôle présente une arête de coupe rectiligne, l'arête de coupe rectiligne du premier segment de tôle formant une arête de jonction rectiligne par complémentarité de forme avec une arête de coupe rectiligne correspondante d'une zone d'extrémité du deuxième segment de tôle et l'arête de jonction rectiligne formant un angle par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la zone d'extrémité d'un des segments de tôle de la première tôle de noyau. En utilisant des tôles de noyau présentant une orientation angulaire de l'arête de jonction respectivement différente, il est possible d'une part d'éviter des pertes magnétiques par comparaison avec la technique conventionnelle d'empilement. Simultanément, il est possible de rendre minimal l'espace entre les différents groupes de tôles de noyau produit par les techniques conventionnelles d'empilement et ainsi de réduire ou d'éliminer totalement le risque de corrosion.
