By connecting a grounding conductor pattern 11 directly to a grounding terminal 2 of a field-effect transistor 1 and connecting a series circuit comprising a stabilized resistor 12 and an open-circuit stub 13 having a length equal to quarter of a parallel resonance frequency, undesirable parallel resonance caused by the grounding conductor pattern 11 and the open-circuit stub 5 is suppressed, and a voltage drop in the stabilized resistor 3 is suppressed when a bias voltage is applied to the field- effect transistor 1. Accordingly, the operation of a microwave amplifier is stabilized.
L'invention porte sur un amplificateur de micro-ondes comportant un transistor à effet de champ (1) dont la borne de terre (2) est reliée d'une part directement à un réseau (11) de conducteurs de terre et d'autre part à un circuit en série comportant une résistance de stabilisation (12) et un barreau à extrémité libre (13) d'une longueur égale au à d'onde de la fréquence de résonance parallèle. Cela supprime les résonances parallèles dues au réseau (11) de conducteurs de terre et au barreau à extrémité libre (5)t empêche les chutes de tension aux bornes de la résistance de stabilisation (3) lors de l'application d'une polarisation au transistor à effet de champ par opposition aux techniques antérieures, d'où un fonctionnement stable de l'amplificateur de micro-ondes.
