ABSTRACT A Tubular Container and Packages for the Same A tubular container and its packages, including a tubule filled with a desired liquid in an appropriate volume and having a first open end wrapped with or connected to a soft absorbent, a second open end sealed by a detachable sealing element in a manner that the surface tension of the liquid in the tubule must be lower than the atmospheric pressure so that the liquid will not flow out before the sealing element is detached.
