La présente invention concerne une composition destinée au rasage de la peau, contenant dans un milieu cosmétiquement acceptable renfermant un agent moussant, au moins un polyorganosiloxane à fonction hydroxyalkyle de formule: (voir formule I) dans laquelle les radicaux R, identiques ou différents, désignent des radicaux méthyle ou phényle, 60% molaire au moins des radicaux R étant des radicaux méthyle, le radical R' est un chainon alkylène divalent hydrocarboné en C2-C8, linéaire ou ramifié; p est un entier compris entre 1 et 30 inclus; q est un entier compris entre 1 et 150 inclus. L'utilisation des composés de formule (I) dans les compositions à raser permet d'améliorer sensiblement l'onctuosité et la douceur de ces compositions.
