Adhesion promoters, adhesive compositions, and adhesive films that adhere well to polar materials contain the product of a reaction between a polyolefin grafted with an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and a polymeric and/or oligomeric polyamine. The reaction product may be blended with an ethylene polymer, such as a low density polyethylene, to form an adhesive composition that bonds well to polar substrates, such as polyurethane foam. The adhesive compositions may be extruded or cast to form adhesive films.
L'invention concerne des promoteurs d'adhésion, des compositions adhésives et des films adhésifs qui adhèrent bien aux matériaux polaires et qui contiennent le produit de la réaction entre une polyoléfine greffée par un acide carboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé et/ou un anhydride d'acide carboxylique éthyléniquement insaturé, et une polyamine polymère et/ou oligomère. On peut mélanger ce produit de réaction à un polymère éthylénique, tel que du polyéthylène basse densité, afin de former une composition adhésive qui se lie bien aux substrats polaires, tels que la mousse de polyuréthane. On peut ensuite couler ou extruder ces compostions adhésives pour former des films adhésifs.
