RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING GOOD ANTISTATIC PROPERTY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a resin composition comprised of (A) 100 parts by weight of a polymer containing at least 10% by weight of methacrylimide units and (B) 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of a specific polyhydric alcohol compound and/or a specific compound having polyoxy- ethylene segments. This resin composition provides a shaped article having a good antistatic property and heat resistance.
