- 5 - ABSTRACT A pipe support is used for supporting the pipe on a roof. The support is a molded thermoplastic component with a pedestal in the form of a hollow, truncated pyramid. A concave pipe saddle is formed in the top of the pedestal. An integral flashing flange surrounds the pedestal, at its base, and projects outwardly from the base for integration into the structure of a roof, either a sloping roof or a flat roof.
