The invention relates to a monitoring system for trimming electronic components or sensors. Known systems cannot identify a failure or a malfunction in the digital trimming cells reliably enough. The invention therefore provides an additional trimming cell. A parity signal is produced which clearly indicates a fault in the monitoring system.
L'invention concerne un système de surveillance pour ajuster des composants ou des détecteurs électroniques. Dans la technique antérieure, une panne ou une défaillance des cellules numériques d'ajustage utilisées ne pouvait pas être constatée avec la fiabilité voulue. Selon l'invention, il est prévu d'installer une cellule d'ajustage supplémentaire et de produire un signal de parité signalant sans équivoque une défaillance du système de surveillance.
