Figure 1,2 and 3 a multiplatform interactive voting process coupled with a special voting paper having at lease one participant or candidate who is identified by a serial number, numeric signature, barcode, name, picture, cellular or telephone number or any kind of code or letters that can identify the participant (s) or the candidate(s) which is located on each voting paper near the paper contains some information related to the participant(s) or the candidate(s), the information can change from one voting paper to the other. This voting process is design for active and mobile people on the run; the voters can cast their votes from any retail store that have a UPC/barcode scanner and that are registered with the information collecting system which is known in North America as "Soundscan" or any other similar information collecting system, they can also vote trough a cellular or landline telephone and/or by SMS technologies.
