A system of the present invention provides on-site reclamation, reconditioning, and re-use of poultry processing water. The system is connectable to a washing apparatus and comprises a first receptacle (28), a filter (30), a dispenser (36), a channel (32), a second receptacle (38), piping, and a plurality of pumps for circulating the processing water through the system. The processing water leaving the washing apparatus is collected in the first receptacle (28) and pumped to the filter (30), where the processing water is filtered. As the processing water is being filtered, the dispenser (36) dispenses an antimicrobial solution and water onto the filter. The debris filtered from the processing water is removed through the channel (32). The filtered processing water is then collected in the second receptacle (38) prior to re-use.

Le système peut être relié à un appareil de lavage et comporte un premier réceptacle (28), un filtre (30), un distributeur (36), un canal (32), un deuxième réceptacle (38), des canalisations et une pluralité de pompes destinées à faire circuler l'eau de traitement à travers le système. L'eau de traitement quittant l'appareil de lavage est collectée dans le premier réceptacle (28) et pompée vers le filtre (30), où l'eau de traitement est filtrée. Tandis que l'eau de traitement est en cours de filtration, le distributeur (36) distribue une solution antimicrobienne et de l'eau sur le filtre. Les débris filtrés à partir de l'eau de traitement sont évacués par le canal (32). L'eau de traitement filtrée est alors collectée dans le deuxième réceptacle (38) avant sa réutilisation.
