A method and apparatus for treating the atmosphere comprising moving a vehicle through the atmosphere, the vehicle having at least one atmosphere contacting surface and a pollutant treating composition located on said surface. A specific embodiment comprises coating a motor vehicle radiator with pollutant treating catalyst.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de traitement de l'atmosphère. Ledit procédé consiste à déplacer un véhicule au sein de l'atmosphère, ce véhicule étant pourvu d'au moins une surface de contact avec l'atmosphère et d'une composition de traitement de matières polluantes recouvrant ladite surface. Un mode de réalisation spécifique consiste à déposer un revêtement constitué d'un catalyseur de traitement de matières polluantes à la surface du radiateur d'un véhicule à moteur.
