A percutaneous or permucosal patch drug preparation which comprises: (1) a backing layer impermeable to a drug component, (2) a drug storage layer which holds the drug component therein and is situated under the central portion of the backing layer, (3) a protective film which is impermeable to the drug component, has notches and is situated under the drug storage layer and the peripheral portion of the backing layer, (4) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is situated under the protective film, and (5) a releasable liner layer which is impermeable to the drug component and situated under the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer.
Un timbre permettant l'administration percutanée (à travers la peau ou une membrane muqueuse) d'un médicament dans le corps humain comporte: (1) une couche de support non perméable aux constituants médicamenteux; (2) une couche de stockage du médicament positionnée sur la face inférieure de la partie centrale de la couche de support et contenant les constituants médicamenteux; (3) un film protecteur positionné sur la face inférieure de la couche de stockage du médicament et de la partie circonférentielle de la couche de support, présentant des entailles et étant non perméable aux constituants médicamenteux; (4) une couche auto-adhésive positionnée sur la face inférieure du film protecteur; et (5) une couche de revêtement intérieur séparable positionnée sur la face inférieure de la couche auto-adhésive, et non perméable aux constituants médicamenteux. Le timbre décrit permet de réduire au minimum les fuites et la volatilisation du médicament jusqu'à son administration à travers la peau d'un patient, et de maintenir la stabilité du médicament pendant sa conservation.
