The invention relates to a method for producing organopolysiloxane terminated with alkoxy groups, wherein A) organopolysiloxane terminated with HO is reacted with B) alkoxysilane having at least three alkoxy groups and/or whose partial hydrolysate is made to react in the presence of C) acid phosphoric acid ester of general formula (I): (HO)a OP(-O-[(CR1 2)b-O]c[(CR2 2)d]e-L-M)(3-a). wherein a = 1 or 2; R1 and R2 - a hydrogen, methyl or hydroxyl radical; b and d= 2 or 3; c = integral values from 2 to 15; e = 0 or 1; L = a radical from the group -O-, -COO-, -OOC-, -CONR3-, -NR 4 C0- and -CO-; R3 and R4 = a hydrogen or a C1-C10-alkyl radical and M = a monovalent, optionally a hydroxyl, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, C1-C10- alkoxylalkyl or cyano group substituted C1-to C20-hydrocarbon radical, provided that the radicals R1 and R2 can only be at one given time a hydroxyl radical in each hydrocarbon atom. The invention further relates to RTV-1-alkoxy masses comprising the reaction product containing organopolysiloxane terminated with alkoxy groups as the essential constituent.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'organopolysiloxane terminé par des groupes alcoxy, dans lequel on fait réagir (A) un organopolysiloxane à terminaison HO avec (B) un alcoxysilane, lequel possède au moins trois groupes alcoxy, et/ou ses hydrolysats partiels, en présence de (C) un ester phosphorique acide de la formule générale (I) (HO)aOP(-O-[(CR<1>2)b-O]c[(CR<2>2)d]e-L-M)(3-a), dans laquelle a vaut 1 ou 2, R<1> et R<2> représentent un radical hydrogène, méthyle ou hydroxyle, b et d valent 2 ou 3, c est un entier compris entre 2 et 15, e vaut 0 ou 1, L représente un radical issu du groupe -O-, -COO-, -OOC-, -CONR<3>-, -NR<4>CO- et CO-, R<3> et R<4> représentent un radical hydrogène ou bien un radical alkyle C1-C10, et M représente un radical hydrocarbure C1-C20 monovalent éventuellement substitué avec des groupes hydroxyle, fluor, chlore, brome, alcoxyalkyle C1-C10 ou bien cyano, à condition que les radicaux R<1> et R<2> sur chaque atome de carbone puissent être un radical hydroxyle une seule fois. L'invention concerne également des composés de RTV-1-alcoxy, lesquels comprennent le produit de réaction contenant comme constituant essentiel un organopolysiloxane terminé par des groupes alcoxy.
