- 11 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A book-mark comprising a first planar member and a second planar member integrally form therewith; said first planar member having a first portion and said second planar member having a second portion wherein said first portion and said second portion are adhered one to the other in overlapping relationship. The book-mark may be formed from a planer member having a first portion bearing a self-adhesive material at a first part thereof and a second portion separated from said first portion by an array of perforations extending the length of said first portion, whereby said first portion may be operably readily detached from said second portion to provide a planar member foldable and adhesible to form a book-mark. The planer member may be a page or outer cover of a book or magazine. The book-mark may further comprise a pen, pencil or felt tip pen assembly, to provide a convenient combination.
