Reusable diaper consisting of a laminar impervious body (1) with a fine internal covering and with a configuration appropriate to adapt the diaper to the crutch of the user and its fixing to the waist of said user. The diaper has in its middle area an annular and elastic pleated portion (5) forming a lower bulging (7) acting as a collector pouch (8) for the fecal excrements, a compress (9) or any other absorbing element being arranged within said bulging (7) to form the real element receiving said excrements, said receiver element being interchangeable and enabling to reuse the diaper, the receiver element being optionally filled with cereal husks (36). Complementarily and mixed to the annular pleated zone (5) and immediately in front thereof, an orifice (10) with its elactically contractible mouth (11) is provided , and is intended to take out the masculin urination member, or to fix a feminin adaptor-collector.

La couche-culotte décrite est constituée d'un corps lamellaire imperméable (1), avec un recouvrement fin et interne et une configuration qui s'adapte à l'entrejambe de l'utilisateur. Ladite couche-culotte peut être fixée à la ceinture de l'utilisateur et comporte en son milieu un plissé annulaire et élastique (5) définissant un bombement inférieur (7) qui forme une sorte de sac collecteur (8) pour les excréments. Une compresse (9) ou tout autre élément absorbant, pour autant qu'il soit adapté, est placée dans ce bombement (7) et constitue le vrai élément desdits excréments. Ladite compresse est rechangeable, et permet ainsi la réutilisation de la couche-culotte. Le récepteur d'excréments peut être rempli de téguments de céréales (36) et assorti au plissé annulaire (5). Juste devant est placé un orifice (10) assorti d'une embouchure (11) élastiquement contractile, destiné à permettre la sortie de l'organe de miction masculin ou de fixer un adaptateur-collecteur féminin.
