The safety seal of the invention has a one-way valve of considerable diameter working with two opposing springs, one of which biases an open seal position and the other a closed seal position, the second spring being scaled at a pressure greater than the first spring and being moreover associated to a swivel-mounted lever drivable against the spring it works with. This swivel-mounted lever is driven by a cam associated to the reservoir cover, and when the cover is swivelled sideways the lever is made to swivel, thereby freeing the one-way valve seal.
