This invention provides a method a method of manufacturing a bed support for a chromatography column is disclosed. The method includes: placing the outer ring of the bed support on a support plate of a machine having a transitional stage; placing the mesh disk into the above ring, pressing another support plate on the mesh disk; rotating the transitional stage; providing a roller attached to the transitional stage with a certain force that is applied over the rim of the ring; and continuously applying the force of the roller onto the ring until a rim of the ring bends then assembles into the mesh disk.
La présente invention divulgue un procédé de fabrication dun support de lit pour une colonne de chromatographie. Le procédé comprend: la mise en place de lanneau extérieur du support de lit sur la plaque de support dune machine comprenant un étage de transition; la mise en place du disque dengrènement dans lanneau ci-dessus, en pressant une autre plaque de support sur le disque dengrènement; la mise en rotation de létage de transition; linstallation dun rouleau attaché à létage de transition avec une certaine force qui est appliquée sur la couronne de lanneau; et lapplication continue de la force du rouleau sur lanneau jusquà ce quune couronne de lanneau se plie et sagence ainsi dans le disque dengrènement.
