The present patent application improves DARP by allowing multiple users on one time slot (MUROS). It comprises means and instructions for signaling training sequence set information to a remote station, comprising receiving signaling from a remote station indicating if a new set of training sequences is supported, and using a channel description to signal the training sequence set to be used by the remote station for a communication channel being established.

La présente invention permet d'améliorer la DARP en autorisant de multiples utilisateurs sur une seule tranche de temps (MUROS). Elle comprend des moyens et des instructions destinés à signaler des informations d'ensemble de séquences de formation à une station distante, impliquant la réception d'une signalisation en provenance d'une station distante qui indique si un nouvel ensemble de séquences de formation est pris en charge et l'utilisation dune description de canal de manière à signaler l'ensemble de séquences de formation à utiliser par la station distante pour un canal de communication établi.
