AN EXCERCISE TOOL THAT ALLOWS A PERSON TO PERFORM A WIDE VARIETY OF EXCERCISES INCLUDING CARDIOVASCULAR AND STRENGTH TRAINING. IN ONE EMBODIMENT, THE APPARATUS COMPRISES A PLATFORM WHICH MAY BE USED FOR A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS. THE PLATFORM COMPRISES AN EXCERCISE -SUPPORT SURFACE WHICH IS USED BOTH AS A FOOTREST AND A HEADREST, DEPENDING ON THE EXCERCISE PERFORMED. THE EXCERCISE TOOL FURTHER COMPRISES UTILITY ARMS (ELASTIC BANDS) EXTENDING FROM OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE SUPPORT PLATFORM. EACH OF THE UTILITY ARMS IS CONNECTED TO THE MAIN CROSS-BAR. THE ELASTICITY OF THE UTILITY ARMS MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO POSITION THE PHYSIOLIOGICAL JOINT AXES OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN ALIGNEMENT WITH THE CENTRE POINT OF GRAVITY.
L'invention porte sur un appareil d'exercice qui permet à une personne de faire toute une gamme d'exercices, y compris un entraînement cardio-vasculaire et en force musculaire.
