This invention discloses a method for providing pre- and post-event communication with a participant in a gathering including the steps of transmitting an invitation (34) to an intended participant (10), wherein the invitation is associated with an electronic record of the participant (25), producing a photograph of the participant wherein the participant is identified with said electronic record (20), and providing the photograph to said participant by using said electronic record (28 or 30).

L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de communiquer avant ou après un événement avec une personne participant à une réunion. Le procédé consiste à transmettre à un participant visé (10) une invitation (34) associée à un enregistrement électronique concernant ledit participant (25), produire une photographie dudit participant permettant d'identifier ce dernier au moyen de l'enregistrement électronique (20), et délivrer la photographie au participant au moyen l'enregistrement électronique (28 ou 30).
