The invention concerns a device for protecting elements against frost comprising an adaptable multilayer band comprising at least: means for fixing on the elements, at least one protective surface layer (1) against bad weather conditions on each side of the band and between said two surface layers: a) a heating layer (3) including heating means, said heating means being distributed into modules electrically powered independently of one another, b) a structural layer (2) to provide mechanical resistance to prevent the band from being pulled off or torn.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de protection d'éléments contre le gel comprenant un ruban multicouches adaptable et comportant au moins : - des moyens de fixation sur les éléments, au moins une couche superficielle de protection (1) contre les intempéries de chaque côté du ruban et entre ces deux couches superficielles : a) une couche chauffante (3) comprenant des moyens de chauffage, ces moyens de chauffage étant répartis en modules alimentés électriquement indépendamment les uns des autres, b) une couche structurale (2) pour assurer une résistance mécanique du ruban à l'arrachement et au déchirement.
