The invention relates to a method for production of an aqueous dispersion of polymer-encapsulated pigments, characterised in that (a) an aqueous pigment dispersion, containing at least one organic pigment (P), selected from the group of azo, isoindolinone, isoindoline, anthanthrone, thioindigo, thiazinindigo, triarylcarbonium, quinophthalone, anthraquinone, dioxazine, phthalocyanine, quinacridone, quinacridonquinone, indanthrone, perylene, perinone, pyranthrone, diketopyrrolopyrrole, isoviolanthrone and azomethine pigments, at least one detergent (T), and water is prepared, (b) a monomer miniemulsion, stabilised by a hydrophobic organic compound with a water solubility at 20 ~C of at most 5x10-5 g/l, is prepared from a polymerisable monomer (M) and at least one detergent (T) in water, (c) a monomer pigment emulsion is prepared, whereby the aqueous dispersion from (a) and the monomer miniemulsion from (b) are mixed and homogenised and (d) the pigment-containing monomer from (c) is polymerised in the presence of a polymerisation initiator and/or by heat, whereupon an encapsulation of the pigment with the polymer thus formed occurs.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une dispersion aqueuse de pigments encapsulés dans des polymères. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à : (a) mettre à disposition une dispersion aqueuse de pigments, contenant au moins un pigment organique P sélectionné dans le groupe des pigments azoïques, isoindolinone, isoindoline, anthanthrone, thioindigo, thiazinindigo, triarylcarbonium, quinophtalone, anthrachinone, dioxazine, phthalocyanine, quinacridone, quinacridone quinone, indanthrone, pérylène, périnone, pyranthrone, dicétopyrrolopyrrole, isoviolanthrone et azomethine, au moins un tensioactif T, et de l'eau ; (b) mettre à disposition une mini-émulsion de monomères stabilisée par un composé organique hydrophobe qui présente une solubilité dans l'eau à 20·C d'au moins 5x10?-5¿ g/l, constituée d'au moins un monomère M polymérisable et d'au moins un tensioactif T, dans l'eau ; (c) produire une mini-émulsion de monomères renfermant des pigments, en mélangeant et homogénéisant la dispersion aqueuse de pigments de l'étape (a) et la mini-émulsion de monomères de l'étape (b) ; et (d) polymériser la mini-émulsion de monomères renfermant des pigments de l'étape (c) en présence d'un initiateur de polymérisation et/ou sous l'effet de la chaleur, une encapsulation du pigment étant réalisée avec le polymère ainsi formé.
