A modular knock-down counter system with a base frame member and an upright frame assembly, and removable purse shelves, deal shelves and teller's shelves. A raceway for cables and wires is provided in the upright frame assembly, which can be accessed from the front of the knockdown counter system. An access opening is provided through the upright frame assembly for permitting access to the inside of the counter system from the front of the counter system. Removable front panels are provided for covering and concealing the cable raceway and the access opening.

Cette invention concerne un comptoir modulaire démontable composé d'une ossature inférieure, d'un cadre vertical et de plans amovibles (plan-clientèle, plan-transaction, plan-caissier). Un chemin de câbles est prévu dans le cadre vertical et est accessible par le devant du comptoir modulaire. Le cadre vertical comporte une baie d'accès permettant de pénétrer à l'intérieur du comptoir par le devant. Des panneaux amovibles servent à masquer le chemin de câbles et la baie d'accès.
