The invention relates to a device for spraying an overheated liquid in very fine droplets at a very high speed beyond the speed of sound, comprising a nozzle body (1) followed by a mixer head and several injectors (16) leading to a divergent release and speed attainment nozzle (5). The invention also relates to fittings for adjusting the exit section of the nozzle by adding a profiled core (11) which can slide on the axis of the divergent nozzle (5) and enabling, according to the position thereof, regulation of the exit section of the nozzle in order to preserve a maximum ejection speed of the spray droplets. The device is essentially designed for use in the chemical and power industries.
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de pulvériser un Liquide Surchauffé en très fines gouttelettes, à une vitesse très élevée pouvant dépasser la vitesse du son, constitué d'un corps de buse (1) suivi d'un convergent et de plusieurs injecteurs (16) débouchant sur une tuyère divergente de détente et de mise en vitesse (5) . L'invention vise également des aménagements destinés à ajuster la section de sortie de la tuyère par adjonction d'un noyau profilé (11), pouvant coulisser dans l'axe de la tuyère divergente (5) et permettant, selon sa position, de régler la section de sortie de la buse pour conserver une vitesse d'éjection maximale des gouttelettes pulvérisées. Le dispositif est essentiellement destiné aux industries chimiques et énergétiques.
