It is one object of the present invention to provide a technique for converting the structure of a Web page into contents that a user can easily listen to, and for permitting the user to access and obtain information without have to perform and navigation, in a manner similar to listening to the radio. A designated target page is obtained from a Web server 3, and a linked list for the target page is analyzed to obtain a linked destination page. A transcoding module 6 inserts the main content of the linked destination page into a linked location on the target page, and converts the page into a structure appropriate for oral reading. Then, a VoiceXML generation module 5 converts the target page into a VoiceXML document, and a VoiceXML browser 4 performs a speech response process for the VoiceXML document. A command is input to the VoiceXML browser 4 orally or by using a dial key entry provided using a telephone 1, and a speech from the VoiceXML browser 4 is output to the telephone 1.
La présente invention concerne une technique pour convertir la structure d'une page Web en un contenu que l'utilisateur peut facilement écouter, et pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'obtenir des informations sans avoir à effectuer de navigation, d'une manière semblable à l'écoute de la radio. Une page cible désignée est obtenue depuis un serveur Web 3, et une liste chaînée pour la page cible est analysée afin d'obtenir une page de destination hyperliée. Un module de transcodage 6 insère le contenu principal de la page de destination liée à un emplacement hyperlié sur la page cible, et convertit la page dans une structure appropriée pour la lecture orale. Ensuite, un module de génération VoiceXML 5 convertit la page cible en un document VoiceXML, et un navigateur VoiceXML 4 effectue un processus de synthèse vocale pour le document VoiceXML. Une commande est entrée dans le navigateur VoiceXML 4 oralement ou en utilisant une touche de numérotation sur un téléphone, et un message vocal provenant du navigateur VoiceXML 4 est sorti sur le téléphone 1.
