A composition for oral use, which contains a drug compound (in particular, a hardly water-soluble or water-insoluble drug compound) in an elevated amount and is excellent in the absorbability of the drug compound via the digestive tract, is produced by dispersing the drug compound in an oily base and a surfactant in an amount exceeding the solubility thereof in the mixture of the oily base with the surfactant under heating, adding a polar solvent which serves as a poor solvent for the drug compound to the thus obtained dispersion, and heating the mixture to give a transparent liquid composition. Further, the obtained composition is encapsulated to give a capsule preparation.
Il est prévu une composition pour utilisation orale, contenant un composé de médicament (en particulier, un composé de médicament à peine soluble dans l'eau ou insoluble dans l'eau) dans une quantité élevée et d~une capacité d~absorption excellente du composé de médicament dans l~appareil digestif, qui est produit par dispersion du composé de médicament dans une base huileuse et un tensioactif dans une quantité dépassant la solubilité de celui-ci dans le mélange de la base huileuse avec le tensioactif pendant le chauffage, par addition d~un solvant polaire servant de solvant médiocre pour le composé de médicament à la dispersion ainsi obtenue, et par chauffage du mélange pour obtenir une composition liquide transparente. En outre, la composition obtenue est encapsulée pour donner une préparation en capsule.
